ELECTRORESISTANCE AND DIELECTRIC CHARACTERICTICS OF GLASSES 2Bi₂O₃ . 3SiO₂ –Bi₂O₃ . B₂O₃(0-50 mol.% Bi₂O₃ . B₂O₃) SYSTEM

Concentration and frequency dependences of electroresistance (ρ) and dielectric characteristic (ε’ , tgδ) of glasses of
2Bi₂O₃ .3SiO₂–Bi₂O₃.B₂O₃(0-50 mol.% Bi₂O₃.B₂O₃) system has been examined. Electron-ion and partially polarization processes, which take place in samples, determine the investigated properties of these materials.
