The article discussed the results of study into peculiarities of radical homo- and copolymerization of allylic compounds, «degradation» chain transfer, typical for peculiar to polymerization of these compounds as well as the role of complexing agents polymerization of allylic monomers. Review of author¢s published works and other researcher in the field of radical copolymerization allylic compounds with maleic anhydride has been carried on.
