Mathematical processing of experimental data and their optimization by means of computer programs “S-plus 2000 professional” and “Matlab-6” found the optimal conditions of propylene and butylenes dimerisation processes in ionic liquids by using nickel containing catalytic dithiosystems which completely coincide with experimental data consistent with high activity, selectivity and productivity of nickel containing catalytic dithiosystems in chloroaluminate ionic liquids as solvent:
-For dimerisation of propylene: concentration of nickel compound – 1.0·10-4 mol/l; Al:Ni=100; temperature of reaction – 25oС; duration of reaction – 10 min.; conversion of propylene – 96.0 %; selectivity – 96.0 %; catalyst productivity – 500.0 kq dimers/q Ni.hour; contents of main isomers: 4-methylpentene-2 – 8,32 %; 2-methylpentene-1 – 5,4 %;
2-methylpentene-2 – 78,6 %;
-For dimerisation of butylenes: concentration of nickel compound – 1.0·10-4 mol/l; Al:Ni=50; temperature of reaction – 35 oС; duration of reaction – 60 min.; conversion of butylenes – 97,2 %; selectivity – 98.0 %, productivity of the catalyst – 410.0 kq dimers/q Ni.hour; contents of isomers: 3,4-dimethylhexenes – 30,1 %; 3-methylheptenes – 66,5 %; n-octenes – 3,4 %.
