New waterproof covering on the basis of road bitumen of marks BND 40/60, BND 60/90 and BND 90/130 with synthetic oligomers (latexes SKS-65 QP, SKD-1) and waste of butyl rubber with mineral additives for obtaining of a of antifiltering asphalt-polymer concrete has been developed.
