The present work examines transformation of butylenes on high-silica zeolite catalyst in a wide temperature interval (100-5000oC). It has been established that in indicated interval of temperatures activity of catalyst shows up only after an accumulation of 5–7% products of compression (PC) in 20-30 minutes from the beginning of process. The study of adsorption of zond-molekul ammonia shows that accumulation PC causes the change of acid-basic properties of zeolite catalyst that leads to the increase of its activity.
