The present article others new spectrophotometric method of quantitative definition of vitamin B₁₂ using crown ethers
(DB-18-C-6) in the plant Aloe-Vera. The chemical structure of the plant is combined and the offered method facilitates identification of vitamin B₁₂ in the plant.
