Physical-chemical properties of Carthamus lanatus oil indices have first been determined. Identified in the composition of oil was hydrocarbons 0.60%, triacilglicerols 82.88%, free of acids 9.53%, sterols 2.65% and chlorophyll 1.46%. Oils are linoleic containing (content of linoleic acid is 76.5%).
