SYNTHESIS, CRYSTAL STRUCTURE AND MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF COPPER (II) COMPLEX WITH 6-PHENYL N2,N4-DI(PYRAZIN-2-IL)-1,3,5-TRIAZINE-2,4-DIAMINE LIQAND

The new pyrazin- and triazin modulated tripyridylamine ligand (H2dpztzda), its mononuclear copper (II) complex have been synthesized and structurally characterized. In the mononuclear complex copper(II) ion is six-coordinated in tetragonal bipyramid geometry. Perchlorate anions are relatively weakly coordinated in the axial positions. H2dpztzda ligand corresponds to Cu(II) as tridentate ligand.
