Research into compositional material has been made on the basis of clays of different deposits of Azerbayan ( Sumqayitchay, Zikh and Absheron ) as well as dolomite in Qobustan deposit. The experimental results demonstrate that to obtain high strength clay-dolomite compositions, the samples have to be baked at 750oC temperature. The maximum strength data were received for samples with 30-70% of dolomite.Baked samples were hardened in the hydraulic conditions.Clay-dolomite composition materials increase their strength data up to 1.5-2 times and have in fact the same physical-mechanical properties as ceramic ones baked at 1000-1200oC temperatures.The creation of new mineral with hydraulic properties makes it possible to increase the strength data presumably for the hardening in the hydraulic conditions.
